The Simmons Effect at Surfing Heritage Foundation last nite

Rode up to San Clemente with Elwell & Siegfried
and we gave a little presentation and showed a
little movie. Planing totems etc. Ruth, Bob's sister,
was there, and Rick, his nephew. Also Beamish, Burch,
the Dirkses, Tyler, Terry Martin, RT...great to see the old
boards especially the short slot.
Bob Simmons...the Godfather of the Mini-Simmons.
